What this site measures
Updated October 23, 2026
First-party activity
This site measures page sections viewed, visible-tab activity, highlight-video playback milestones, and taps on phone or email links. Contact tracking records only the type of link, not the phone number, email address, message, or whether contact was completed.
A random session identifier stays in this browser tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes. It is not a login, cookie-based cross-site identifier, or device fingerprint. A visible page sends an activity heartbeat every 20 seconds. Hidden tabs do not send heartbeats and age out of the active view after 90 seconds. Sessions are not necessarily unique people.
Approximate location
When the hosting provider supplies approximate city, state/region, and country, the site stores those broad labels with activity. First-party activity records do not retain your IP address, full user-agent, precise coordinates, postal code, full URLs, query strings, or referrer URLs. No separate IP-location service is called. City information can be missing or inaccurate, especially for mobile networks, VPNs, and proxies.
Schools displayed near an activity record are a partial list of football programs in the same reported city. This does not identify the visitor or indicate that a coach or school visited.
Access and retention
Activity reports are restricted to the site owner through ChatGPT sign-in. The dashboard and assistant alert tools use the same owner authorization. Reports cover up to 30 days. Older records are excluded from reports and removed in bounded cleanup batches as new activity arrives. The host may separately maintain operational logs under its own policies.
Your choices
The new first-party activity collection respects browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. It also depends on JavaScript and may be blocked by browser privacy tools. The site remains usable when tracking is blocked.
Existing Google and X measurement
The site also uses Google Analytics and X measurement, independently of the first-party dashboard. X tracking respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. The existing X conversion relay may transmit the hosting-provided IP address and browser user-agent or an X click identifier to X for measurement; those identifiers are not added to the first-party activity database. Google and X apply their own data policies.
